About Asset Management Specialists, Inc.

Founded in 1994, AMS has successfully managed and protected valuable assets for the last fifteen years. Over the last fifteen years, clients ranging from the US Department of Housing and Urban Development, federal state and local government agencies, and private mortgage banks have come to AMS with their toughest property preservation and protection problems. We have worked diligently with all of our clients to find a comprehensive, cost effective solutions to their issues.

Our management staff is strong in all phases of REO management - maintenance, marketing, advertising, appraisal and computer technology. AMS utilizes a diverse vendor base to include: small, small woman-owned, small minority-owned, small disadvantaged, and veteran-owned businesses.
